1. Provide you with
network security and operational security
To fully safeguard
your account, network, operations, and system security during your use of this
product, and to effectively prevent phishing scams and Trojan virus intrusions,
we may collect a series of device information during your use of this product,
including:
1) Unique, unchangeable device identifiers: These include the
International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), the Android ID, and the SIM
card International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI). These identifiers, like a
device's "ID card," are unique and stable, enabling precise device
location and providing a foundation for security protection.
2) Hardware serial number: Each device’s
unique “fingerprint” can assist
in identifying the device’s true identity and
troubleshooting security risks such as abnormal logins and illegal access.
3) MAC Address (Media Access Control Address): This is the
physical address of a network device, used to uniquely identify the device
within the network. Collecting this address can help monitor network
connectivity, detect abnormal behavior such as unauthorized device access, and
ensure network security.
2. Provide you with other related product features and/or
services
To enable the
following product features and/or services, we may need to collect
corresponding personal information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be
able to use that specific service.
1) Customer Service : When
you use YesCleanerand need to submit a
complaint, inquiry, or appeal, we may collect your name, mobile phone
number, email address, and other valid contact information to facilitate communication
and resolution . If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able
to provide you with timely feedback on the results of the handling.
2) Network environment
optimization : We may also collect your network operator and type,
network type, and WIFI name to help you save network traffic during the
ad push process . For example, when we detect that you are in a WIFI
environment, we may directly play video advertising content for you ; when we
detect that you are in an environment with no network or a weak mobile network,
we will only push you the advertising content that you have cached locally.
3) Product Security
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: To ensure stable service operation, protect
account security, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize services, we collect
IMEI, device model, login IP address, and operation log information. This
information is necessary to provide services and is immediately de-identified
upon collection. It will not be used to identify specific users.
4) Sharing function support
: If you share to a third-party platform through YesCleaner, we will read your application
list information to determine whether the third-party platform exists
to achieve the sharing purpose.
3. Use of your personal information based on other
special circumstances
1) If you believe your
rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint or report using our
publicly available contact information in accordance with our infringement
complaint process. During this process, we will require you to provide valid
personal identification information to verify the authenticity of your
complaint or report.
2) Please be aware
that to provide you with higher-quality and richer features and services, these
features and services will be continuously updated, iterated, and expanded. If
your personal information is subsequently used for other purposes not
explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy, or if collected information is used
for new purposes for specific purposes, we will promptly inform you of the
details through prominent page prompts, clear interactive processes, or website
announcements. We will also obtain your explicit consent before actual use,
