Before you choose to subscribe to the Membership
Service, please carefully read and fully understand the entire contents of the
Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), especially
the provisions regarding limitation and exemption of liability prominently
marked in bold, underlined, etc. When you click "Agree" to this
Agreement and successfully activate the Membership Service in accordance with
the in-app instructions, you will be deemed to have fully known, understood,
and fully accepted all the provisions of this Agreement, which will constitute
a legally binding agreement between you and us.
Before using the Member Services, you must
complete account registration and login, and agree to abide by the User
Agreement and all applicable rules published by the Platform. In addition to
complying with this Agreement, you must also comply with relevant laws and
regulations and Platform rules during your use of the Member Services, and
ensure that all use is within the legally permitted scope.
You
must meet the age requirements set by applicable law and consent to the
collection and use of your data in accordance with the laws of your
jurisdiction. If you are under age but over the minimum age for personal data
collection, your parent or guardian must carefully read and agree to all terms,
including this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and they will be responsible
for your use of the Services.

1.1 YesCleanerMember : refers to a user who has
successfully completed all procedures for purchasing a YesCleanermembership
and, on the basis of complying with this Agreement, enjoys the membership
services provided by YesCleanerduring the validity period of the membership .
1.2 YesCleanerMember Services :
These are exclusive member-only benefits provided by YesCleaner. These services
are paid value-added services and require additional payment. We have carefully
crafted exclusive member benefits for you . Detailed information on these
benefits, including content, usage rules, and restrictions, is provided in Section
2 of this Agreement .
1.3 YesCleanerMember Service Rules: These
include all currently published and future content, such as the Member Service
Agreement, official announcements, page instructions, important notices, FAQs,
and details of various promotional activities. These contents will take effect
immediately upon publication and automatically become an integral part of this
Agreement.
1.4 YesCleanerAgreement Update Mechanism: Based on changes in the business environment, legal and regulatory
adjustments, policy shifts, and other factors, we and our affiliates reserve
the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. During the update process,
we will not unilaterally reduce or diminish your legal rights under this
Agreement without your active and explicit consent. After each update, we will
notify you through internal messaging, app pop-ups, notice boards, and other
channels to ensure you are up to date with the latest terms.
2. YesCleanermembership
subscription benefits and related
2.1 Member-only features
（1）More professional posture training features: Members enjoy
exclusive access to more core posture training. Mr. Cat will customize a course
for you, using scientific movements to precisely address issues such as forward
neck tilt, rounded shoulders, and hunched back, effectively reshaping your
posture and improving your overall health and appearance.
（2）Advanced Calendar Cleanup: Exclusive member-only advanced calendar
management. Intelligent calendar deduplication and automatic archiving quickly
remove invalid entries, ensuring your calendar is always accurate and concise,
allowing you to easily track your work schedule.
（3）Advanced Photo/Video Cleanup: Exclusive to members, this in-depth
photo and video cleanup scans your entire album, accurately identifying and
processing duplicate and oversized files, as well as cached images
(screenshots, etc.), while retaining the highest quality files. Eliminate
storage bloat with one click, freeing up space and ensuring smooth device
operation.
（4）Advanced video compression: Exclusive for members, one-click video
reduction. Intelligently compress HD videos to significantly save phone storage
space while maintaining clear image quality, making WeChat sending and file
sharing faster.
2.2 Member-only services
We provide you with exclusive customer support,
giving you priority access to technical support and solutions, ready to address
any issues and questions you may have during use. Furthermore, for our members,
we offer personalized services, tailoring cleaning strategies and optimization
solutions to your needs and feedback, enhancing your overall user experience.
2.3 Membership preferential policies
Based
on actual operational conditions, we will offer various promotions, including
extended service periods, benefit upgrades, and price reductions, for users who
have or have not activated YesCleanerservices at different stages. Specific
promotional details are subject to the information posted on the
YesCleanerservice page. If you meet the corresponding requirements, you will be
eligible for these promotional benefits.
2.4 Policy Changes
We
reserve the right to adjust or modify membership subscription benefits and
related content based on actual circumstances. All changes will be posted
within the YesCleanerapp and notified to members before they take effect. You
can always check the app for the latest membership benefits information. If you
disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription at any time and we
will provide you with a reasonable solution.
3. Fees and cancellation

3.1 Charging Method
YesCleaneruses
a subscription-based payment model. As a member, you need to complete payment
through the built-in purchase system of the iOS platform to unlock all advanced
features.
3.2 Charging Standards
We
reserve the right to finalize pricing for our membership services. Fees will be
determined independently based on factors such as operating costs and marketing
strategies (including but not limited to promotions and price adjustments).
Please refer to the product promotional page and payment page for specific
prices. In the event of price or fee changes, the actual price publicly posted
on the platform at the time of renewal or purchase will apply (unless otherwise
agreed in writing). Please carefully review all pricing notifications before
renewing and make your decision accordingly.
3.3 Refund of Fees
YesCleanermembership
is a virtual product offered online, using a "pay first, get service
later" model. The membership fee represents the price of the purchased
service, not a prepayment, deposit, down payment, or savings card. Therefore,
once a membership is purchased, it is considered used. Returns and exchanges
must be handled by contacting customer service.
3.4 Subscription Cycle
We
provide a variety of subscription periods, including 1 week, 1 month, 3 months,
and 1 year, and users can choose according to their needs.
3.5 Automatic Renewal Rules
（1）Automatic renewal is valid until you cancel your subscription. If
you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly through the
subscription management in the App Store.
（2）The YesCleanersystem will automatically deduct payment one day
prior to the expiration date of your membership. If your iOS account balance is
insufficient at the time of the initial deduction, a second deduction will be
initiated on the same day. If both deductions fail, your membership will be
suspended. Users are solely responsible for any risks and losses resulting from
renewal failures due to insufficient account balance.
（3）The automatic renewal service is designed to provide convenience
for existing YesCleanermembers, preventing inadvertent service interruptions.
Once activated, YesCleanerwill initiate the next subscription payment before
the current subscription period expires, following iOS payment rules. No need
to re-verify your account password, payment PIN, or SMS verification code.
(4) The automatic renewal deduction date is the
day before the expiration of the current cycle (for example, if you subscribe
to a monthly subscription on July 9, the next cycle deduction date will be
August 8; for a quarterly subscription, it will be October 8; for an annual
subscription, it will be July 8 of the following year). After the deduction is
successful, YesCleanerwill activate the YesCleanermembership service
corresponding to this billing cycle.
(5) YesCleanerhereby reminds you that the amount
of the YesCleanermembership service fee you pay for the current billing cycle will
be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with YesCleanerwhen you
activate the YesCleanermembership service. However, in the event of
YesCleaner's promotions or other circumstances where YesCleanerhas otherwise
agreed with you, the aforementioned amount will be based on the relevant
agreement between YesCleanerand you. Furthermore, if you unsubscribe and then
reactivate the YesCleanermembership service, the amount of the
YesCleanermembership service fee you pay for the current billing cycle will be
based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with YesCleanerwhen you
reactivate the service.
3.6 Automatic Renewal

Click "Subscriptions" → Select
"Yes Manage" → Cancel subscription.
4. Member regulations and
breach of contract
1. When using YesCleanermembership services, you
may not engage in the following conduct:
(1) Sub-license the YesCleanermembership service
to any other person (including but not limited to transfer, donation, loan,
lease, sale, etc.);
(2) Distribute, develop, transfer, sell,
display, disseminate, adapt, create secondary works, or commercially exploit
any of YesCleanermember-only features or services;
(3) Crack, alter, reverse, tamper with, or
otherwise damage any security measures or technologies of YesCleanermembership
services.
(4) Tampering with service content, duration,
fees, transaction status and other information through technical means to
obtain membership rights;
(5) Other acts that violate YesCleaner's User
Agreement and Privacy Policy.
(6) Any attempt to obtain YesCleanermembership
services through illegal or improper means or exploit loopholes, or to make
malicious refunds.
2. If you violate this Agreement and/or the User
Agreement or Privacy Policy, YesCleanerreserves the right, based on its own
judgment or as required by law and policy, to, in whole or in part, without
prior notice to you:
(1) Suspend or terminate your
YesCleanermembership service, take measures including but not limited to
restricting, freezing or terminating the YesCleanermembership service, and you
will be solely responsible for the consequences of being unable to use the
YesCleanermembership service, and any fees you have paid will not be refunded;
(2) Pursue legal liability to administrative law
enforcement agencies or judicial authorities. If any third party (including the
platform and its affiliates) suffers damage due to your violation of this
Agreement, you shall bear independent liability; if the platform and its
affiliates suffer losses, you shall bear compensation liability in accordance
with the law.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to adjust the content of
our services or discontinue them at any time without prior notice. We will only
be liable for any disruptions, inconveniences, or damages that may arise from
any changes or discontinuation of our services to the extent required by laws
and regulations.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update the terms of this
Agreement from time to time. Continued use of YesCleanerservices after an
update will be deemed your acceptance of all changes. If you disagree with the
updated content, please immediately cease use of the relevant services and
uninstall the app.
7. Intellectual Property
Statement
The
intellectual property rights for all exclusive features, content, and materials
within the YesCleanermembership service are exclusively owned by us, our
licensors, or our affiliates. The license we grant you does not constitute a
transfer or assignment of any intellectual property rights. Any materials you
access through the membership service are for personal, non-commercial use only
(such as entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation). Any commercial
use without our written authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Interruption and
Termination of YesCleanerMember Services
If
you object to YesCleaner's modification of these Rules, or are dissatisfied
with the YesCleanermembership services we provide, you may proactively
interrupt or terminate the YesCleanermembership services, including but not
limited to failure to renew upon expiration and proactive cancellation.
9. Applicable Law and
Jurisdiction of Disputes
The
interpretation and validity of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
mainland China. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall
be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the defendant's place
of residence for resolution.
10.Definition and others
（1）"YesCleaner" is an application software developed and
operated by us and our affiliates. Pursuant to this Agreement, we grant you a
worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this software and related technical
services. "YesCleaner" may refer to its mobile application, official
website, or the related technical services we provide.

“We” refers to the developer of
YesCleaner: Yi Junjie.
